Spicy Crispy Chicken

Cut chicken ½ inch thick. Length is up to you.

¼ cup tapioca flour
1 Tbsp xanthan gum
1 Tbsp smoked paprika
1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

2 eggs

2 cups almond flour/meal

Mix dry ingredients together.
Cover/dust the meat in the dry ingredients first.
Then dip into the beaten eggs.
Last cover/dust meat in almond flour/meal for the final texture.

You can bake or fry using this method.
There’s also the option to mix all together to create a batter. You’ll have to add water or another liquid.
