Chicken Dumpling Filling

2 oz chicken
ΒΌ onion (medium – large)
1 large garlic clove (minced)
1 Tbsp ginger (minced)
2 celery leaves
1 Tbsp soy sauce (option for gf or regular)
1 tsp sesame oil

Dice up 2 oz of chicken and a quarter of an onion.
Mix in minced garlic and ginger.
Only use the leaves from a celery stalk, and mince.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.

Use about a tablespoon in each dumpling.
Depending on the wrap size, use less or more.
Will fill about 10-12 dumplings.
